Enter the Rugged Clamp. These were originally made for the Kaabo Mantis electric scooter but can realistically be used on just about any scooter with a single stem pole of 40-42mm in diameter. If your stem is smaller you use a metal shim, or 3d printed pieces (PETG or PECG recomended) to girth it up a bit too.  In about 15 minutes you can upgrade the stock clamp to this 'Rugged Clamp' and completely lock your stem into place.
