Refunds and Returns
Refunds, or exchanges, can be requested for any item that is deemed inoperable due to manufacturer defect. This policy extends for up to 90 days past the date of purchase. Other returns, such as wrong color or size, are granted on a case by case basis. Unless the items is being returned due to manufacturer defect, then the customer pays return shipping back to PEV Outlet.
Late or missing refunds
If you have a late or missing refund that was granted from PEV Outlet via email, please send us a message ON OUR CONTACT PAGE.
Sale items
Sale items are treated as any other item when it comes to returns. CLEARANCE items are non-refundable. If an item is on clearance then it will be clearly marked on the product page.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on our CONTACT PAGE.
Shipping returns
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method. There is no other return payment method available. PEV Outlet will pay for return shipping on eligible products with visible or definable manufacturer damage. Every return, regardless of reason, must be discussed with PEV Outlet via email, or by form available on our CONTACT PAGE. Unless an item has been granted eligible for a return by PEV Outlet via email, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will issue a refund within 3 days of receiving your eligible product. Please note: banks and other payment institutions can take from 3-10 business days to fully process refunds to their original payment method.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority, or UPS Ground.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
