Shipping and Returns Policy
At PEV Outlet, we want you to have a smooth experience from purchase to delivery. Please review our shipping and return policies below.
Shipping Information
We ship electric scooter parts, brake components, and accessories throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise specified in the shipping speed chosen.
Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.
Same Day Shipping: If you need something same/next day, please contact us. We can usually make it happen, but the customer is responsible for 100% of the shipping cost.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in orders over $50 at our expense unless a faster shipping speed is chosen by the customer at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us at support@pevoutlet.com if you have questions about international orders.
Return and Refund Policy
Contact Us First: Before initiating any return, please contact us at support@pevoutlet.com or by using the Contact Page. This helps us process your return quickly and ensure you receive the best possible resolution.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect or damage, we will make it right:
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement
Wrong Item Ordered (Color, Size, etc.)
If you ordered the wrong color, size, or simply changed your mind, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be in like-new condition with original packaging
- Item must be unused and/or not installed.
- Contact us before returning the item to receive return instructions
- We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
- Once approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost (shipping costs are non-refundable)
- If a return is received with damage or tool markings, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return an item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days with a 3-5 business day clearing time. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We have no control over how long your financial institution takes to process the refund once it has been issued from our end.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. If you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item (following the return policy above) and place a new order for the item you want.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, PEV Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package and arranging for secure delivery. If you have concerns about package theft in your area, consider using a shipping address where someone can receive the package or request signature confirmation at checkout.
