Shipping policy

PEV outlet only accepts orders and ships items within the United States.  We ship all orders with USPS or UPS. At our discretion we will use either shipping method unless specifically requested by the customer BEFORE placing the order. You can simply use our Contact form to discuss your preferred shipping method. 

 

All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours and arrive at the delivery address within 2-8 days of ordering. Delivery time is largely dependent on the shipping speed selected at checkout. If tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you have not received your item you can then reach out to USPS or UPS, or Contact Us and we will provide you with as much information on the delivery as possible. 

 

For returns due to manufacturer defect, PEV Outlet will provide a shipping label. For other returns, the customer will pay for shipping back to PEV Outlet. Returned items must first receive authorization from us via Contact Us page, must be in new condition (uninstalled), and include all packaging materials.
