The Kaabo Wolf scooters have bushings that will break, rip, and tear inside their rear suspension. Often times they'll crack as a result of something insignificant, like a curb hop or pothole. If your suspension is in sorry shape, but you don't need new springs just yet, now for a limited time PEV Outlet is offering this rear suspension bushing and hardware kit. Pump some life back into your withering rear suspension. Eventually your tire will rub on the bottom of the rear fender, but you can extend the life if even the stock suspension just by replacing these bushings with upgraded hardware.

Why The Suspension Upgrade Is Needed

The rear suspension upgrade is necessary for almost every rider, eventually. Most riders get about 100 miles on their electric scooter before they notice anything is wrong. I personally smashed the bushings on my Wolf Warrior 11+, Wolf King, and Wolf King GT Pro scooters in under 50 miles. Under-spec’d springs lead to the rapid breakdown of the stock bushings. Then, the suspension’s bushing design cracks under the weight. Best guess is that Kaabo tested the scooter’s ‘rugged’ design with a 150lb rider. With riders heavier than this, you’ll notice degradation in the rear spring rebound. Eventually, this degradation will leave the scooter rear end feeling saggy, unresponsive, and especially unruly during high speed cornering. In the worse cases you’ll notice your rear tire rubbing along the bottom of your rear fender.

What does the upgrade do?

With the use of our Kaabo Wolf Rear Suspension Upgrade kit you can both increase the rear spring compression, as well as increase suspension travel. Your suspension will be more comfortable than ever. Depending on how tight your screws are, there might even be more travel. This kit fits the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11+, Kaabo Wolf King, and Kaabo King GT Pro.

Rider Weight

150lbs or less –  Recommend installing our Bushing & Hardware Kit, along with your stock springs.

150 – 200 lbs – Full install, Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade

200 – 330 lbs – Full install, Ultra Duty Suspension Upgrade 

Notes:

• This product includes 2 suspension plate bolts, 2 flat finishing washers, 2 lock washers, and 2 premium suspension bushings. No springs.

• This Kit is confirmed to fit on Wolf Warrior 11+, Wolf King, Wolf King GT PRO. When installing the two rear screws back into your suspension housing. You can use  (removable) thread locker to keep the screws in place. If the screws are too tight then it will reduce the amount of suspension travel. Also, please note that both screws should be screwed in the same amount. If one is more loose than the other, it can lead to bent hardware.      THIS KIT DOES NOT FIT WOLF X.
